[Social Event] Hiking Trip to Peng Chau (Discovery Bay)

 We start our tour by strolling along Wing On Street and walking up to Finger Hill, where we can see the panoramic view of Peng Chau and Discovery Bay. En route to Finger Hill, we pass by Tin Hau Temple, Lung Mo Temple, Golden Flower Shrine, and many other localized shops. These temples and small shops are reminiscent of old Hong Kong in the 70s. We also visit the historic sites of limekiln, match, and ceramics factories. Afterwards, we take kai-to to Discovery Bay for lunch. The trip is a blend of East-meets-West and the-new-meets-the-old.

 Gather at 09:45, Pier 6, Central Ferry Piers to Peng Chau. After hiking, we take kai-to from Peng Chau to Discovery Bay.

Western meal at a restaurant in Discovery Bay Plaza: $150 – 200 per person.
